I need to find out how old my antique sewing machine is.?

I remember searching for a serial number on singers web site and many others once, I was trying to do the same thing...I could not find it's exact model but mine also had the decalled white flowers in an oval like pattern...I did find out though looking on e bay and other places that there were so many of these machines put out for years, that value wise as an antique dealer , they are only worth 50.00 to 150.00 for the market was so flooded with them , that there are too many avaailable..Singer was the only sewing machine on the market in them days so alot were sold, and too many still exist..
