Need advice..please..someone who actually knows what their tlkin abt?

okay so yesterday my boyfriend got stopped by border patrol bringing back immigrants. of course he is in jail at the moment. im freakin out and scared to death. they also found some weed and cocaine in the car but dont know if it was my boyfriends or the immigrants. ive heard numerous answers abt how long he will be in jail. ive heard he will go to federal prison for a very long time and ive also heard tht he ight jst get out with so many years of probation. can someone who knows about this kinda stuff give me an estimate of what might happen
