What is this rhetorical device called?

I need to list the rhetorical devices in "Friends, Romans, Countrymen" and I was wondering what this one is called: "O, what a fall was there, my countrymen! Then I, and you, and all of us fell down, whilst bloody treason flourish'd over us." It's like Antony is taking the situation and making it personal for everyone listening... is there a name for that?
