I need help with a dream please!!?

I am 21 and I used to have a guy friend who is older than me and married. Well we used to talk but he stopped talking to me b/c of his wife. Anyway... he hasn't talked to me in over a month and I do miss him very much. I see him at the gym and he will look at me but never say anything. There are some things that happened between us but anyway.. I keep having dreams that he is talking to me again.. mostly over the phone but in person too. I have had that dream about 4 times now. It is just friendly. thats all. I have been hoping that one day we can be friends and talk again like we used to. Why do you think I have these dreams over and over? Do you think it might foretell the future?
