Would this be considered a choker?

I was just wondering cuz at my new school you cant wear chokers-its a stupid rule. I cant find a picture, but it has 2 beads on each side of a peace sign and then clips together in the back, and miley cyrus has already worn it on one of the newer hannah montanas.thnx!
