Dead-beat father?

My father and I used to be really close until I nine and he started drinking alcohol again. He stopped with the alochol when I was born, but than started on alochol and drugs again and got my mother involved. Now, he's in jail for ualt and shoplifting and has been so for a year. He's on SSI because he's deaf in one ear, but has always worked under the table; so he has never had to pay child support. Even when the judge order him to pay a measly $70 dollars a week combined for three kids he still didn't pay it. My mother has gotten of drugs and is has been off of them for two years. My father is getting out of jail a year early and I'm sick of him. He asked my mother to drop her restraining order. He wrote a letter to my mom after six months of no contact saying he forgot the dates of our birthdays. I have two sisters and I am really don't know what to do about my father. I am sick of him waltzing in and out of our lives and the courts letting him. What should I do?
