Army retiree, with other health insurance and currently a contractor. What does Tricare pay?

You need to call Tricare but from what their site says they are considered SECONDARY insurance since your employer provides you with insurance. So if you need an MRI they will bill Edna or whatever first and then Tricare for whatever is left.
