Ex mother in law wants my 8 yr old son to read risque materials to make his read better. child endangerment?

She is an old hippy, , no values, no morality. My ex is threatening to take me to court so she can see my son for a month. I live in NJ, they in FL...I have full custody..he sees our kids 2 times a year.
