Does this concern prevent you from donating organs when you die?

If you register to donate organs, or think about doing it, do you worry that something might happen but they wont save you because they are endeared by some other patient waiting for a transplant?? So they just let you die & they can harvest your organs for the lovable patient down the hall??? Because I do, thats whats stopping me.
