Very common...he deserves your sympathy, for he is trapped in an unreal world, has conformed to what he thought was expected of him and did not have the courage to be himself...it is his bed, he made it, stay out of it. Never let him know you saw him there. Keep it simple, or you could find yourself unemployed quickly.
