My indoor Siamese, Polly, is missing...?

Hi! i'm 13 years old and i have a 3 year old Siamese Torti named Polly. She is very sweet, friendly, and playful, but she's not the brightest when it comes to outdoors. My mom was talking on the phone with her friend and decided to let Polly outside for about an hour with her eyes on her. But after about a half hour i went outside to make sure Polly was still there, but my mom was just talking and not watching for Polly, and sure enough, she was gone. I've spent a lot of time searching everywhere for her, but she gets a little carried away, she is very snoopy and likes to wander. So I was wondering, does anyone have any ideas for bringing her home, and could anyone say a prayer for my cat? Everyone's prayers and ideas are appreciated very much :)
