Why doesn't my printer work?

I just had my color and black ink cartridges refilled and now the printer says it cannot support my black cartridge. I printed a few papers with the black cartridge a few days ago with it but now it says it cant support the cartridge. My printer is a hp psc 2355 all in one. My cartirdges are color 95 and black 94. I tried unhooking the printer but the problem still exists. Please help me with this problem.
