Which one will be a good place to live?

Which is a good place to live. Los angeles, manhattan, beijing, shanghai, tokyo, or lagos, nigeria. NOTE: money isnt important so include rich parts and some choices might have been crazy but think of how they would be like in 2025. I know its far but i just want to know which one will be better by then.
