What to use for an outside flie bait around my pool area and the grille?

We have flies real bad around my pool area and when we r cooking on the grille and of course i know food brings them in but when the food is done cooking on the grille and we r trying to have a picnic the flies are swormming...What is good for me to try to get them to go away??????
