What should i do about my conch?

It's still healing (that's alot of cartilidge to pierce through!). The bump is your skin trying to repair itself. I have my conch pierced and I had a bump like that a few days after, but as it has fully healed it has gotten smaller and smaller. Now there isn't a noticeable bump anymore.
