What is the best site for Website building/hosting?

I am looking to build an ecommerce site. It would be an online clothing boutique for local designers but admittedly I do not know much about building a website. I have looked at Intuit, wix, and godaddy, but I am wondering what one people seem to recommend? The site would not ahve to be anything ridiculously complicated, just professional, modern, clean, easy to update and change, not to expensive, and of course it would need to have a shopping cart/sales available. Just wanted to hear if anyone had a preference, a big probelm with any of them, or some pros and cons to each. Anything would be helpful!!
