Marriage in shambles want to find out what outher people think?

I have been married for 10 years have a 3 year old girl, my marriage has been slowly deteriating, 2 years ago my wife had a panic attack and ever since then things has changed, she has a strong relationship with her family as I don't I come from a seperated family. She takes care of finances and we had to remorage our home to pay for her credit cards which was 10g, We recently has 746.00 in bounce fees. She seems to just ignore me and every Saturday her family calls and off they go, right now they are shopping when we have no money. I work every day and just give and never buy, what should I do.
