License reinstatement indiana?

Several years ago, 10, my house caught fire. I found someone that was willing to donate a houseful of things. I rented a moving truck, didn't buy the "optional" ins. I hit a ladies turn signal panel and busted it- small dent. Her ins co forwarded the bill to a collection agency. I tried to keep up with the payments, it end up being $3000, got behind and they suspended my license. In 2009 I filed banruptcy and this debt was discharged. The court clerk told me to send a copy of the order to the collection agency and tell them they need to notify the BMV because the debt is now discharged. This was done certified mail 3 weeks ago. It still has not been done and the agency is pretty much ignoring me. What else can I do without a attorney? I didnt know if there was some sort of papers I can file through the court to make them send my info to the BMV.
