Is There Going to Be A GTA 5?

GTA is one of the best games and they sell brilliantly but i was wondering when it would be released and where it would be set i once got a text message from Roman in GTA 4 he said we should get a jet to vice city (i hope its in vice city they made a new Liberty City in GTA 4 i hope they make a new Vice City)
