Has anyone taken this antidepressant?

I have depression and social anxiety and the psychiatrist prescribed me Fevarin,which as far as I know from the Internet,is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor and Flavotan,another medicine with ginkgo biloba extracts.Does Fevarin have severe side effects and which? I ended up accpeting the idea that I need to take antidepressants disregarding the fact that they could have severe side effects because I feel there's no other way I could heal,it's too much pain and I can't handle it alt all.Nothing worked and I'm afraid this won't wotk either,but I need to know what are the risks of taking these pills.Thank you.
