Has anyone had problems with nintendo ds lite monopoly boggle yahtzee & battleship?

Have anyone bought a game cartridge for this collection from Hong Kong on Ebay and now found that you can't play Boggle? If so, how did you fix it? This is my favorite game and I can no longer play it (comes up with insert game) but can play all the other games with no problem.
